Apple confirmed the release date to be on June 17th! I cannot wait for it, and it's a free download for all existing iPhone users, and it's a $9.95 charge for iPod Touch users.

Im happy with the update too. Especially the search function is nice! The battery is supposed to last longer but i haven't noticed that..
Haha yes! The search feature is nice, and I've actually notice a mild improvement on the battery I believe, I mean, if I'm not at my house for a while my phone would die if I did not have it on the lowest bright setting, but now it lasts much longer on the brightest setting.
